栈账隐私政策

本说明适用于栈账（Stackdues）App，品牌署名 RadishKit（个人开发者）。账本默认保存在本机；可选 iCloud Drive 备份、导出及主动联系支持有各自的数据路径。
1. 我收集哪些数据
本 App 无需注册开发者账号，没有开发者自建的账本后端或远程 AI 服务；当前实现没有集成第三方广告、跟踪、统计或崩溃上报 SDK。
你在 App 里填写的订阅名称、金额、币种、扣费日期、分类、支付方式标签、备注、汇率、已付记录和提醒设置等默认保存在本机，不会自动发送给开发者。请不要在备注里填写银行卡号、密码等敏感信息。
2. 本 App 会用到的 Apple 系统服务
App 会使用以下 Apple 系统服务；基础记账无需开发者账号，不代表所有功能都无需网络：
- App 内购买（PRO）：Apple StoreKit 获取商品、处理购买和验证权益。Apple 按其政策处理账户及付款信息，App 没有自己的付款资料表单。
- iCloud Drive 备份（PRO，默认关闭）：开启后将一份
subscriptions.backup.json写入你自己的 iCloud Drive。这是单文件自动备份，不是设备间自动同步；多台设备写同一文件会互相覆盖，不保留多份历史快照。云端可用性取决于相应 Apple 服务。 - 提醒通知：由设备根据你登记的日期在本地安排，需要系统通知权限，实际投递受系统设置影响；App 不读取银行扣款或邮件。
- 汇率：使用内置参考汇率或你手动输入的汇率，不会联网自动获取汇率。
Apple 服务适用 Apple 隐私政策。如果系统允许“与 App 开发者共享”，Apple 可能提供汇总或不能识别个人身份形式的分析及崩溃资料；可在“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 分析与改进”调整（Apple 说明）。
3. 如果你联系我
如果你发邮件到 [email protected]，支持邮箱会收到你的邮箱地址、正文和你主动加入的附件，仅用于回复和处理你的支持请求。请只提供必要排错信息，不发送密码、验证码、完整账本或支付资料。发件服务与接收邮件的 Outlook.com（Microsoft）按相应服务规则处理传输和存储；App 不会自动附加账本或诊断文件。我们不承诺固定回复时限、保留期限或自动删除支持通信。如需查阅、更正或删除你已发送的支持通信，请联系 [email protected]。
如果参加 TestFlight 测试，Apple 可能按参与方式向开发者提供测试者信息及你主动提交的反馈，用于排查测试问题。
4. 第三方共享
App 不会自动把账本记录提供给开发者。你选择的 Apple 服务、导出保存位置、分享目标及邮件服务可能处理相关资料，遵循各自的政策。JSON／CSV 导出文件由你选择保存或分享的位置。不能把 App 没有开发者账本后端理解为所有系统服务、邮件和网站都不处理数据。
5. 保存与删除
- App 内数据：保存在本机，你可以在 App 里逐条删除订阅；删除 App 不等于删除 Apple 购买记录、已有云端备份、导出文件或支持邮件。
- iCloud Drive 备份文件：删除 App 或关闭自动备份不会自动删除已有文件。可在“文件”App → iCloud 云盘 → Stackdues 中管理
subscriptions.backup.json。 - 你自己导出的文件：JSON／CSV 是普通明文文件，保存在你选择的位置，由你保管和删除；JSON 可用于账本导入，CSV 用于表格查看。
- 如果开启整机 iCloud 云备份或电脑备份，App 数据可能包含在其中，由你在系统中管理。
- 支持通信：我们不承诺固定保留期限或自动删除。你可联系 [email protected] 请求查阅、更正或删除已发送的支持通信。
6. 你的权利与如何撤回同意
你可以在 App 中查看、修改、导出和删除账本记录，并管理以下选择：
- 关闭“我的 → 数据 → 自动备份到 iCloud Drive”；关闭后如需移除已有备份，另在“文件”App 中删除；
- 在系统“设置 → 通知 → 栈账”中关闭通知；
- 在系统“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 分析与改进”中调整与开发者共享；
- 对于已发给支持邮箱的通信，联系 [email protected] 请求查阅、更正或删除。
7. 儿童
本 App 不面向儿童设计。如果儿童已发送支持邮件，监护人可联系支持邮箱请求处理或删除有关通信。
8. 数据存储地点
账本默认在本机；可选备份由你自己的 iCloud Drive 保存，导出文件位于你选择的位置。Apple、文件提供方及 Outlook.com（Microsoft）按其各自规则处理相应数据；不推定固定服务器地区。
本网站由 Cloudflare Pages 托管，页面源文件不自行嵌入统计脚本、表单、远程字体或外部资源。主域当前公开响应包含 Cloudflare Insights 脚本引用，可能用于访问和性能度量；托管及相关服务可能为交付、安全和统计处理技术请求信息。相应服务的数据处理及保留遵循其适用政策。本说明不承诺无统计、无日志或指定服务器地点。参见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。
9. 政策变更
如 App 数据处理方式变化，会更新本说明及相关商店披露。

Stackdues Privacy Policy

This notice covers the Stackdues app under the RadishKit brand (an individual developer). Ledger records are stored locally by default. Optional iCloud Drive backup, exports and support correspondence have separate data paths.
1. What data I collect
The app needs no developer account and has no developer-operated ledger backend or remote AI service. The current implementation includes no third-party advertising, tracking, analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Subscription names, amounts, currencies, billing dates, categories, payment-method labels, notes, rates, payment records and reminder settings are stored locally by default and are not automatically sent to the developer. Do not put card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information in notes.
2. Apple services the app uses
The app uses these Apple system services. Basic bookkeeping needs no developer account; this does not mean all features work without a network:
- In-app purchase (PRO): Apple StoreKit requests products, handles purchases and verifies entitlement. Apple processes account and payment information under its policies. The app has no separate payment-details form.
- iCloud Drive backup (PRO, off by default): when enabled, the app writes one
subscriptions.backup.jsonfile to your own iCloud Drive. This is automatic single-file backup, not automatic device-to-device sync. Devices writing to the same file can overwrite one another; it does not keep a history of snapshots. Cloud availability depends on the relevant Apple services. - Reminders: your device schedules local notifications from dates you enter, subject to permission and system settings. The app does not read bank transactions or email.
- Exchange rates: built-in reference rates or rates you enter manually; the app does not fetch rates online.
Apple services are covered by the Apple Privacy Policy. If system settings permit sharing with app developers, Apple may provide analytics and crash information in an aggregated or non-identifying form. Adjust this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements (Apple details).
3. If you contact me
If you email [email protected], the mailbox receives your address, message and attachments you choose to send, used only to reply to and handle your support request. Send only necessary troubleshooting information, not passwords, verification codes, a complete ledger or payment details. Your sending service and the receiving Outlook.com service (Microsoft) handle transmission and storage under their respective rules. The app does not attach ledger or diagnostic files automatically. We do not promise a fixed response time, retention period or automatic deletion of support correspondence. To request access, correction or deletion of correspondence you have sent, contact [email protected].
If you join TestFlight, Apple may provide tester information according to how you participate, and feedback you choose to submit, for troubleshooting the beta.
4. Sharing with third parties
The app does not automatically send ledger records to the developer. Apple services, export destinations, sharing targets and email services you choose may process the relevant information under their own policies. You choose where JSON/CSV exports are saved or shared. The absence of a developer ledger backend does not mean system services, email and website visits process no data.
5. Retention and deletion
- Data in the app is stored locally; you can delete subscriptions in the app. Deleting the app does not remove Apple purchase records, existing cloud backups, exported files or support emails.
- The iCloud Drive backup is not automatically removed by deleting the app or turning backup off. Manage
subscriptions.backup.jsonunder Files → iCloud Drive → Stackdues. - Your exports are plain JSON/CSV files at a destination you choose, for you to keep and delete. JSON supports ledger import; CSV is for spreadsheet viewing.
- Whole-device iCloud or computer backups may include app data and are managed in system settings.
- Support correspondence: we do not promise a fixed retention period or automatic deletion. You can contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of correspondence you have sent.
6. Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can view, edit, export and delete ledger records in the app, and manage these choices:
- turn off automatic iCloud Drive backup in Me → Data; separately delete an existing backup in Files if desired;
- turn off notifications in Settings → Notifications → Stackdues;
- adjust developer analytics sharing in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements;
- contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence.
7. Children
The app is not designed for children. If a child has sent support correspondence, a parent or guardian may contact support to request handling or deletion of that correspondence.
8. Where data is stored
Ledger records are local by default. Optional backups are in your own iCloud Drive; exports are at the destination you choose. Apple, file providers and Outlook.com (Microsoft) process the relevant information under their own rules. No fixed server location is assumed.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The page source does not itself embed analytics scripts, forms, remote fonts or external resources. Current public responses from the custom domain contain a Cloudflare Insights script reference, which may support visit and performance measurements. Hosting and related services may process technical request information for delivery, security and analytics. The relevant services process and retain information under their applicable policies. This notice does not promise a website without analytics or logs, or a particular server location. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to this policy
If app data practices change, this notice and the relevant store disclosures will be updated.
